Hand and foot card game

When my opponents want to make a book, sometimes they only have to have six cards instead of seven. Also, when melding, my opponents cards jump two or three times as if they are melding but nothing different shows on their board yet the cards are no longer in their hand. When the opponents pick up the pile, they draw from the draw pile rather than the discard pile from which I have to draw. I realize this is a computer game but lets try to make it a bit more even.
