One handed play

I love hand and foot and grew up playing it. I spend a lot of time at night when I cant sleep playing this game. One thing that could greatly improve the app is developing it in such a way that you only need 1 hand (the hand you hold your phone with) to play. I currently have to use both hands and my wrists start hurting after a short while. One way this could be done is to be able to "double tap" to draw cards rather than having to drag down. Same with discarding.

Also I found out on accident a way someone could cheat. I was placing 2 wild cards down to get into my foot. My finger slipped as I placed the 2nd wild card...resulting in the wild card being added to a meld I wanted to keep clean. My foot opened and out of frustration and without thinking I dragged down on the wild card and it actually let me take that wild card out and put it into my newly opened foot without having to play it. This would not be allowed in the standard game.
